  VERIFIED scope correction: vAppEventsRecent is ACTIVE (explicitly used in mars-db-extras.md as DB-agent diagnostic). Remove from scope. Confirmed dead (0 refs in src/, docs, ops files): vErrorsLast5, vErrorsLast10, vErrorsLast20, vErrorsLast25, vAppErrorsRecent, vAppErrorsRecentCapped (view-on-view of vAppErrorsRecent, drops with it), vRecurringErrors.

  vRecurringErrors: DROPPED then correction — actually still needed (appEvents-standard Mars recurring-error impl, no canonical v_appEvents_* yet), REINSTATED live via mig 048/c401395. Net: kept, not deleted. Closing as resolved/investigated.
