  Live-catalog triage 2026-09-11. Real, still cold, moved to explicitly deferred at priority 4 so it stops reading as queued backlog. Re-counted today: 49 foreign-key constraints in schema public have no index whose leading columns match the constraint columns - higher than the 24 in the title, though a looser leading-prefix test accounts for part of the difference and the count is not directly comparable. Nothing has changed the cold verdict: pg_stat_statements was reset by the 2026-09-10 project restart and none of the named forensic/audit/housekeeping columns appears as a filter in the current top statements. NEXT CONCRETE STEP: none scheduled by design - re-run the unindexed-FK query only when a specific slow query is observed filtering or joining on one of these columns, and index that one FK, not the set.

  OBE. mig167 (2026-09-22, MARS-754) added 53 covering indexes for the get_advisors unindexed_foreign_keys sweep, which includes every named column here: deletedBy/restoredBy/archivedBy across comisiones/periodos/studentAssignments/teacherComisionMemberships/users + their archive twins, resolvedByUserId (supportTickets), createdByUserId (studentExamScores). surrogateOfUserId, actorUserId already covered (pre-existing or mig167). Verified live.
