context-monitor.sh - shared fleet context monitor (PATH script)

COLLECTOR. ~/.local/bin/context-monitor.sh, v4.84, 221KB, in sh.git so it runs on venus/whey/lezama. ONE shared file with three runtime conditionals - NOT per-host copies, do not fork it. Parses agent transcript .jsonl for token usage incl. cache_read_input_tokens, emits session samples, runs the idle/reap advisory. Scheduled on venus by scrp-context_monitor-venus.timer (unit is nw-venus-cc's lane; script is mine, maintainer row 1, backups bin-venus-cc + bin-lezama-cc). OnFailure -> context-monitor-alert.sh.

Verified missing on disk, not inferred from the commit list alone. Nothing left to fix.
