lezama/codex token feed has never produced a row - install the collector before codex carries fleet load

fleet-tokens.sh v1.15 reports lezama/codex as MISSING - zero rows in 30d, which is a collector that was never installed, not a stale feed. whey/codex is separately STALE at 49.5h. Elazar has just directed fleet work to shift from Claude Code (7d meter 24% left) to codex (99% left), so the codex half is about to carry the load while three of the seven known codex seats - coder-mba-l-ca, coder04-mba-l-ca, db03-mba-l-ca on lezama - sit in a feed that has never produced a row. His order was explicitly 'monitor usage to make sure no tokens are wasted in claude code or codex'; that is unmeetable for codex on lezama today. Install/repair the codex_token_count collector on lezama and confirm rows land in venus usage_events. Absence of rows is NOT evidence those agents are idle.
