MEMORY.md index-bloat sweep — pm-llmmsgsrv-cc project

scrp-memsweep-venus (memory-budget-sweep.sh, daily timer) DMs the owning PM when a project's MEMORY.md exceeds 150 entries. 2026-08-22 for -home-rob-agents-pm-llmmsgsrv: 172 entries, moved 45 resolved/shipped/superseded rows to lazy-loaded archive-index.md, index now 128. Not a script I own - flagging as consumer/data-point; owner of the sweep itself is memory-discipline.md's maintainer (unclear, not resolved this session).
