  nw-venus-ca acceptance checklist, pre-agreed 07:31Z before any page exists. (1) Deployed source/runtime: kpi.pensanta.com resolves to the new service; inspect active route/query contract and prove NO token-usage.sqlite / legacy-collector fallback is called. (2) Coverage: registered/live roster vs rendered rows - every agent either ranked with source timestamp or explicitly labelled 'no recent events'; every host shows collector freshness; whey at staging labelled 'unfed/stale collector', never quiet/zero usage - an expected LIMIT, not a staging FAIL. (3) Reconciliation: one fixed time range, independently run fleet-tokens.sh pg_rank_sql() and match agent+provider+host ordering, net_new=total_tokens-cache_read_tokens, totals, cache display, model/effort, unknown-attribution handling. NO before/after volume comparison (KPI-63 changes fleet cardinality). (4) Rendered review: page exposes time range, all rows/ranking, host, freshness/unknown states, and does not conflate cache/context cumulative values with net-new. PASS = 1 + 3 + 4 plus correct whey-unfed disclosure. Accepted by monitor-context-cc as the KPI-64 gate.

  Superseded by KPI-78. The old pg-backed KPI-58 dashboard was retired; kpi.pensanta.com now serves the new fleet-token-monitor app, so this old-page acceptance audit is obsolete.
