Lezama token-usage collector (no cross-host ingest exists)

kpi.pensanta.com/token-usage-collect.sh is venus-local only (parses ~/.claude/projects/*/*.jsonl on venus). No lezama-side collector, no cross-host ingest. Lezama agents (nw-lezama-cc, bin-lezama-cc, mba-l team) invisible in export.json/export.md. Found 2026-08-28 via nw-lezama-cc query. Fix: lezama-local instance of token-usage-collect.sh + own sqlite/web, or ship lezama jsonl to venus collector. UPDATE 2026-08-28: lezama_ingest PG role + pg_hba /32 rule provisioned by nw-venus-cc, scoped to lezama's current public IP 200.16.89.215 (dynamic/residential - nw-lezama-cc flagged, needs Elazar call on DDNS-tracking or a wider CIDR before this becomes a recurring maintenance item). nw-lezama-cc building lezama-side collector now.

agent-telemetry.pensanta.com live (Caddy->127.0.0.1:9721, agent-telemetry-ingest.py v1.0 by bin-venus-cc). Role agent_telemetry_ingest (local, EXECUTE-only on ingest_usage_events), root EnvironmentFile with bearer token, DNS A record, systemd unit all provisioned by nw-venus-cc. Verified: healthz=200, unauth POST=401. lezama_ingest PG role/pg_hba (dead-end, 5432 GCABA-filtered) dropped. nw-lezama-cc has endpoint+token, building collector now.
