SUPPORTING COLLECTORS in ~/.local/bin/monitor-context/, all mine, all parsing transcript jsonl. scan-context.py (context scan), transcript_signal.py (derives activity/idle signal from transcript rather than the pane), memory-trim-candidates.py (feeds the memory_files table - which memory files are large/stale enough to be worth trimming). Listed so they are not mistaken for a third independent token collector: they share tick.py's parsing lane, unlike token-usage-collect.sh.

Subject deleted 38bdd55 (2026-09-24, Elazar, 'retire agent telemetry tracking stack') - whole context-actuator/telemetry stack trashed (context-monitor.sh, tick.py, monitor-context.sqlite, analyze-agent-context.sh, scan-context.py, kpi-views.sql, token-usage-collect.sh, collect.py, schema.sql, units). Verified missing on disk, not inferred from the commit list alone. Nothing left to fix.

Dead-subject sweep (support-evolutiva-cc, 2026-10-06), on pmmaster-evolutiva-cc's instruction. Subject verified ABSENT on disk in ~/.local/bin today, not inferred from the commit list. All three named subjects gone: scan-context.py by 38bdd55, transcript_signal.py and memory-trim-candidates.py by 03c7d53. NOTE for whoever closes this: scan-context.py's CLASSIFIER HALF survives - ac4efc0 (2026-10-04) lifted capture/is_idle/idle_verdict out byte-for-byte as ~/.local/bin/agent-idle-classify.py, which scrp-monitor-agent-idle.sh v2.9 imports. The telemetry half is gone; the classifier is live and under test.
