INVENTORY of adjacent collection I see but do not own, for dedup purposes. token-usage-collect.{service,timer} (bin-venus-cc) - transcript token parsing, overlaps mine, see the duplication item. llmmsg-kpi-coach.timer + llmmsg-kpi-report.timer (pm-llmmsgsrv-cc) - hub-side KPIs, daily. context-warn.sh (pm-llmmsgsrv-cc) - unrelated to my transfer. telemetry-webusage-rollup.timer, journal-digest.timer, jobreg.timer. venus-db-backup.timer is NOT context/token but is the VENUS-350 finding. I have not audited whether the llmmsg KPI timers and my v_kpi_* views compute overlapping numbers - that is a real dedup question for this epic and I cannot answer it alone.

Subject deleted 38bdd55 (2026-09-24, Elazar, 'retire agent telemetry tracking stack') - whole context-actuator/telemetry stack trashed (context-monitor.sh, tick.py, monitor-context.sqlite, analyze-agent-context.sh, scan-context.py, kpi-views.sql, token-usage-collect.sh, collect.py, schema.sql, units). Verified missing on disk, not inferred from the commit list alone. Nothing left to fix.
