COLLECTOR + ACTUATOR. ~/.local/bin/monitor-context/tick.py, v4.86, 180KB. systemd user timer context-venus-tick.timer, every 30s, --exec. Reads each agent's LIVE tmux statusline for used/window tokens (never settings.json), samples idle state, and sends abr:ss nudges + /compact keystrokes. WRITES: context_samples, actuator_log, event_log, agent_state in monitor-context.sqlite. Primary per-agent context timeseries on venus - ~30s resolution, all panes. Scope: VENUS ONLY.
