What this data can and cannot support: trough sd is 11-17k so sub-15k effects are UNMEASURABLE; post-compact ctx is unmeasurable by construction; min-per-day is an extreme-value stat not a precision one; scrollback is not durable on a repainting TUI. Read before quoting any number out of monitor-context.sqlite - several plausible queries against it are not valid measurements.

Verified missing on disk, not inferred from the commit list alone. Nothing left to fix.
