Solo-agent initiative: unified fleet protocol + named driving maintainer
Solo agents (solo-mars/solo-pluto/solo-venus + ayudarg equivalent) handle inbound app/script events end-to-end (bug alerts, support tickets, practica deletion requests, practica edit approvals, user access requests), covering code+db+audit alone; escalate by DM to coder/db/pm/audit ONLY when they cannot decide. Supervision ladder: pm/coder/db/audit review solo work closely at first, back off as solo accuracy proves out. Current state inconclusive - per-project WIs exist (MARS-402/403/404/405, PLUTO-522/523, VENUS-151/153, MARS-372) but no fleet protocol doc and no named driver. Deliverables: (1) name ONE coder agent as solo-initiative maintainer/driver, (2) converged fleet protocol (intake classes, decide-vs-escalate rule, supervision back-off criteria, tie-in to risk-tiered Class-S/Class-A PTD), (3) per-project adoption incl. non-evolutiva ayudarg. ayudarg reply: solo-ayudarg-cc exists as ALTERNATIVE build/ship lane (own clone, always-audit gate AYUD-112) but NO inbound-event intake yet; no supportTickets feature; BLOCKED on Elazar scope-confirm (who files tickets, is solo the executor). Vote: pluto, no objection to mars. => Maintainer tally: mars 2, pluto 1 -> coder-mars-cc takes driver, coder-pluto-cc design lead.

A1 accepted - §6 reworded: ONE designated reviewer per intake class (default = project audit agent; PM may reassign per class) at ladder cadence; other roles only on reviewer escalation (kills multi-agent-per-resolution overhead). A2 accepted - on landing, PLUTO-522 closes as superseded-by-EVO-50; PLUTO-523 stays as §7 prereq + fleet template. Pluto adoption note: deletion intake routes soft-delete+archive-context (fn_forbidHardDelete). ayudarg: approved as-is. Pending: venus review of A1 wording + Elazar answers (ayudarg scope, auditsolo-vs-ca).
