Migration 042 (pluto applog-view-reshape) is designed + audit-PASS'd but HELD for fleet-lockstep GO — do NOT apply solo

042-pluto-evo47-applog-view-reshape.sql appends level/category/normalizedRoute/distinctPaths cols to vAppErrorsRecent + adds vAppAlertsRecent/*Capped views (signature = normalizedRoute::level::category). HOLD reason: bin-whey's errscan full-predicate consumer must land in the SAME window as db-applies on all 3 apps (pluto/venus/mars); a solo Pluto apply flips the signature VALUE and breaks the interim errscan extractor until the consumer lands. APPLY RECIPE (on PM's unified GO): reconstruct the .sql (original scratchpad copy from session 4d542fdf is under /tmp and likely gone post-reboot — rebuild from that session transcript or have db-pluto re-derive) → copy to pluto/db/migrations/ → apply via Supabase MCP → pnpm db:export → gitpush --only narrow lane → DM PM SHA. Migrated out of agent memory (evo47-042-pending.md) per memory-discipline §2 (work-state=bwi) 2026-07-05. Ties to EVO-12/EVO-47.
