WI 450 (trim evolutiva/mars commons ~14.8k->8k) cannot start: no live Evolutiva PM session exists (roster checked 2026-05-21 11:43 - no evolutiva-pm agent online). The trim needs PM editorial judgment on cross-PM SSOT commons docs. Decide: (A) spawn an Evolutiva PM session to execute, or (B) authorize nw-whey-cc (or another agent) to do the editorial cut directly. Until then WI 450 stays parked.

Elazar resolved 2026-05-21 13:10: option A. Mars team launched; pm-mars-cc executes WI 450. nw-venus-cc coordinating with pm-mars-cc.
