Organic alert=true = 0; organic emailed-Elazar = 0. EVO-12 false-capture class = 14 organic rows (all post-11:42Z MARS-168 rename), ALL alert=false -> none emailed; post-EVO-15 fired ~9 listener pings, all PM-triaged this session, none escalated to Elazar. REASON (distinct from venus): venus=0 from traffic absence (would email at go-live); MARS=0 because phantoms are alert=false warn-class that never crossed the email gate -> polluted appEvents table + PM triage cycles + warn-rail, NOT Elazar inbox.
