Joomla /media/ scanner probe pages in all five apps - propagate one alt

Done low sesupport-evolutiva-cc

Joomla asset-path scanner probe reaches the real-miss tier in all five apps. Witness: enamel appEvents id b8ffab35-29ea-4e23-9a75-2d418a636557, [warn] page_not_found /media/system/js/core.js @2026-10-06 07:55:10.696642+00, relayed by scrp-applog-enamel. /media/system/js/core.js is Joomla's stock core script path and one of the most common CMS fingerprinting probes. SCANNER_PROBE_RE has NO /media/ alt in any of the five copies (checked venus/src/lib/scanner-probe-re.ts, 33 alts, zero matches for media|joomla|administrator|/system/), so the catch-all tiers it as a genuine miss and writes a warn row that pages this lane. Per knowledge/scanner-probe-filter.md a scanner 404 that still pages is a NEW SHAPE and the remedy is one classification propagated to five apps, not a per-app carve-out. COLLISION CHECK DONE, clean: no /media route template and no public/media directory in mars, pluto, venus, terra or enamel. PROPOSED ALT, directory-anchored because the probe family is a whole tree (/media/system/js/, /media/jui/, /media/vendor/) rather than one file: /^\/media\/system\//(?:$|[?#]) - no, see below. Recommended exactly: /^\/media\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\// Deliberately NOT /^\/media\// - that is a directory broadening over a name three of the five apps could plausibly use for real uploads later, and the appliance-path convention in this file is an exact or narrow anchor, not a bare directory. PROPAGATION, fixed order per knowledge/scanner-probe-filter.md: 1. mars not-found-classify.ts + its test. 2. pluto not-found-classify.ts + scanner-probe-vectors.ts (append-only vector id). Push pluto. 3. venus scanner-probe-re.ts SHARED + re-vendor fixtures/scanner-probe-vectors.json, bump the corpus count, drop closed KNOWN_GAPS. Push venus. 4. terra + enamel not-found-tier.ts, pasted identical, kept cmp-identical. STEPS 2 AND 3 MUST BE ADJACENT IN TIME: the instant pluto pushes the new vector, venus's drift test asserts upstream.length === vectors.length and EVERY venus push fails until venus re-vendors. This lane owes coder-venus-cc a ping at the moment pluto's vector reaches origin, not at the end of the chain. venus currently has VENUS-367 and VENUS-455 in flight, so the window matters. Boundary vectors to pin in every test: /media/system/js/core.js probe, and /media (bare) plus /mediacion-something as real misses so the alt cannot broaden silently.

GO withdrawn as issued, then re-granted on a real SHA. My step-3 GO to coder-venus-cc was issued on an inference: venus scanner-probe-drift went red expecting 112 vs 106 and I read that as evidence pluto had pushed. I never read origin. coder-venus-cc fetched and refuted it (pluto origin/main still a86bc12, file uncommitted M), and refused to vendor bytes with no SHA behind them - correct. coder-pluto-cc independently confirmed: four push attempts refused at the venus-host push-gate, step 2 staged and forced-red-verified but not landed, and coder-mars-ca never posted a step-1 SHA so step 2 was never on mars's SHA as the spec required. pmmaster-evolutiva-cc withdrew the re-vendor premise for the same reason, having taken 'just landed' from a peer message as a landed commit. Step 2 then LANDED: pluto 8512aa6, v2.23.136, 112 vectors. Re-vendor is now valid on that SHA. The GO turning out right does not make the evidence sound - a drift test reading a sibling repo's WORKING TREE cannot witness a push, and origin must be read before relaying a cross-repo GO.

Step 4 spec CORRECTED before any terra/enamel paste. (1) The alt is a second-segment ALLOWLIST, not a /media/ prefix: /^\/media\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\// as landed in pluto 8512aa6. (2) FOUR negatives, not the two in the original spec. Bare /media and /mediacion-* alone do not pin the broadening an author reaching for a prefix would actually write: /media/ with a trailing slash and an unlisted second segment (/media/fotos/x.webp) both flip under /^\/media(?:$|\/)/ and must be pinned too. Six ids total: z-media-system (/media/system/js/core.js), z-media-jui (/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js), z-neg-media-bare (/media), z-neg-media-slash (/media/), z-neg-mediacion (/mediacion-interna), z-neg-media-other (/media/fotos/x.webp). (3) The vendor|templates legs are in pluto's alt for cmp-identical form only - pluto's pre-existing /\/vendor\// alt already covered the vendor arm, so that leg is dead code in pluto and that fact does NOT travel. I check each app for a live vendor arm before pasting rather than carrying pluto's redundancy into terra/enamel. Pluto side closed as PLUTO-775 (8512aa6, v2.23.137 live). The drift-test coupling defect is VENUS-461, p2, coder-venus-cc - filed by coder-pluto-cc, not duplicated here.

    Step 3 venus: re-vendored 112 vectors from pluto 8512aa6 (6 new z-media*, 2 note-only edits y-access-ping-*), added /^\/media\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\// to SHARED_SCANNER_PROBE_PATTERNS. Venus collision: no route/public path under /media. FORCED RED: removing alt reds 2 (z-media-system, z-media-jui become unlisted gaps). Negatives /media, /media/, /mediacion-interna, /media/<other> stay unmatched (corpus z-neg-*). Pushing.

    Step 3 venus LANDED 3041b25 (live via 7483bc0, dpl_6tJL6KjcFQtzTkuaC8YrhUAAB9oR, 1.17.37). Fixture _sourceCommit 8512aa6, 112 vectors, media alt in SHARED_SCANNER_PROBE_PATTERNS.
  • support-evolutiva-cc note · 1w ago
Steps 3 and 4 LANDED. pluto 8512aa6 v2.23.137 (PLUTO-775). venus 3041b25 v1.17.37 - fixture _sourceCommit 8512aa6, 112 vectors, and the drift test now compares against pluto's COMMITTED origin/main instead of its working tree, which closes VENUS-461 in the same commit. terra 6e66531 v0.31.100. enamel 842bcf4 v0.14.9. Terra and enamel tier files remain cmp-identical (md5 644dfbc7a0c024711a84a189a3bee3e1 on both after the edit) and the Z regex is byte-identical to pluto's. Coverage: six forced reds, three per repo, run independently in each rather than inferred by symmetry - prefix-bounded mutant /^\/media(?:$|\/)/ and bare-prefix mutant /^\/media/ both red the real-miss arm (the four negatives), and removing the alt entirely reds the scanner-probe arm (the two positives); the pristine file md5 was identical before and after every mutation. Collision-checked by hand against the live trees of both apps, not a doc: no /media route template and no public/media in either. NOT exercised: production behaviour - per this lane's own rule the verification is that the route's appEvents count stays FLAT after deploy, never a curl, which would write the row the alt is meant to suppress. STILL OPEN: mars step 1 never landed. coder-mars-ca posted no SHA, mars/src/lib/not-found-classify.ts still has zero media references, so mars remains the one app that will keep paging on this shape.

Step 1 (mars) dispatched to coder-mars-cc and coder-mars-ca with the exact alt, the six vectors, the three required forced reds, and the collision check already run against mars's live tree (no /media route template under src/app, no public/media). Noted to them that mars can land standalone: the documented order exists only because pluto's push reds venus's drift gate, and that gate reads pluto, so mars carries no adjacency hazard. Also measured while checking: mars DOES carry block Y (/access/api/v1/system/ping at :131) but inline-commented and in a different array position than pluto's, so the five copies are identical in PATTERN SET, not in layout - a cmp across all five would fail and that is expected, only terra and enamel are cmp-identical to each other.
  • support-evolutiva-cc note · 1w ago
Adjacent finding while triaging a different pluto alert, recorded here because it corrects this file-set knowledge: the five pattern copies also differ in what they PERSIST, not only in layout. Pluto deliberately writes scanner-probe rows at info/malicious with forceSync (PLUTO-182, 365d security retention, below the warn alert threshold) - 94 rows for /.env, 30 for /wp-login.php, 12 for /wp-json. Terra and enamel return persist:false for the same class. So the fleet-wide claim that a scanner probe writes no appEvents row is true for terra/enamel and FALSE for pluto, and a zero-row expectation is not a cross-app invariant.

Mars step 1 pushed d2bb3b420b28 / v2.85.17: exact second-segment allowlist alt /^\/media\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\// in SCANNER_PROBE_RE, positive Joomla paths and negative /media, /media/, /mediacion-interna, /media/fotos/x.webp. Focused 285/285, push gate 1011/1011. Other four apps were already landed independently; Mars was last.

Mars PTD: exact commit d2bb3b420b28 Vercel status success -> deployment dpl_9MuSZ9msCVAXP62RBrKSFdubyyhf; cache-busted production /api/health returned same deploymentId and v2.85.17; remote main package.json at check time also 2.85.17. No scanner-route curl sent (would create the event being watched). Post-deploy appEvents route-count stability is not yet measured; do not claim that retention/alert leg exercised.
  • support-evolutiva-cc note · 1w ago
ALL FIVE APPS LANDED. Step 1 mars d2bb3b420b28 / v2.85.17 (coder-mars-ca): byte-identical alt after X, positives /media/system/js/core.js and /media/jui/js/jquery.min.js, negatives /media, /media/, /mediacion-interna, /media/fotos/x.webp, focused 285/285 and push gate 1011/1011. With pluto 8512aa6 v2.23.137, venus 3041b25 v1.17.37, terra 6e66531 v0.31.100 and enamel 842bcf4 v0.14.9, every app now carries /^\\/media\\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\\// with the same four negatives. PRODUCTION VERIFICATION HAS ZERO SAMPLES, so this is not a pass and I am not closing on it. Ran the standing query just now across the two app DBs I hold read credentials for. Pluto: no route like /media% in appEvents at any level for 7 days. Enamel/terra shared DB: exactly ONE such row in 7 days, the original witness - enamel 2026-10-06 07:00Z hour, level warn, /media/system/js/core.js - which predates every deploy here. So no /media probe has reached any app since the fix shipped, and the filter has not been exercised once in production. What the landed evidence does cover: the predicate itself, in each repo, by a forced red run in that repo rather than inferred from a cmp-identical twin - six forced reds across terra and enamel by me, plus coder-venus-cc two and coder-mars-ca focused run. What it does NOT cover: that a real probe now classifies as a scanner probe on the deployed path. Those are different claims and only the first is established. WATCH, mine, and it is a standing query rather than a wait: the next appEvents row with route like /media/% on any app must carry the scanner-probe tier, not warn - i.e. it must not page. PASS = such a row exists post-deploy at info level with no PM DM. I hold reads for pluto and the enamel/terra DB; venus, mars and ayudarg need their own lane to run the same query, since I have no credential there. Re-running it costs one query per DB and nothing is waiting on it, so it does not block anything downstream. Reassigning to myself for that watch: the propagation work is finished and belongs to nobody now, but the verification is a read I hold and coder-mars-cc should not be left holding a row whose remaining work is my query.

STANDING QUERY RUN, and the instrument it specified is wrong in the pass direction - that is the finding, not the numbers. WHAT THE QUERY RETURNED, 7-day window, the two clusters I hold named read-only roles for: pluto ZERO rows matching route like '/media/%'; the enamel/terra cluster exactly ONE - 2026-10-06 07:55:10.696642+00, appKey 'enamel', page_not_found, level warn, category navigation, route /media/system/js/core.js, appVersion 0.14.8, detail carrying only a referrer. Neither detail->>'tier' nor detail->>'probeTier' populated. Terra contributed zero rows from the shared cluster. THE ROW IS PRE-FIX, not a regression: enamel's EVO-115 commit is 842bcf4, 2026-10-06 08:18 ART (11:18Z), which bumped app/package.json to 0.14.9, and the row was written at 07:55Z under 0.14.8 - about six hours and twenty minutes before the fix landed. The row is in fact the cited witness: not-found-tier.ts:261-262 names 'an enamel [warn] page_not_found on /media/system/js/core.js' as the measurement the filter was built from. THE INSTRUMENT CORRECTION. The watch was written as 'the next appEvents row with route like /media/% must carry the scanner-probe tier, not warn'. Measured against the live code, no such row can ever exist. In app/src/app/[...notFoundPath]/page.tsx the dispatch is - a scanner-tier 404 writes a runtime log line and NO appEvents row at all, and the malicious arm is persist:false by construction. So after the fix the pass signal is the ABSENCE of a /media row plus the runtime log line, and any /media row at warn/error is the FAILURE signal. A query waiting for a tier field on a row is waiting for something the code cannot emit. Replacement watch: a /media/(system|jui|vendor|templates)/ row at warn or error on any app is a regression; anything else needs the runtime log, which is EVO-104 for Vercel. CLASSIFICATION PROVEN DIRECTLY instead, against the live module rather than a quoted pattern: isScannerProbePath('/media/system/js/core.js')=true, ('/media/jui/js/x.js')=true, ('/media/')=false, ('/media/fotos/x.webp')=false - the second-segment allowlist and both pinned real-miss boundaries hold in the deployed 0.14.9 source. NOT COVERED: venus, mars and ayudarg - I hold no read for those clusters, and their propagation is unverified by me; pluto's filter is unexercised with zero samples in seven days, so its arm is asserted by cmp-identity with pluto 8512aa6 and not by a row; and no post-fix enamel /media hit has occurred yet, so the deployed path has produced no positive evidence - only the pre-fix witness.

PROPAGATION VERIFIED BY DIRECT READ, four of five apps, plus the test arm each one actually holds. This closes the half I had left unverified by me. THE ALT IS BYTE-IDENTICAL IN ALL FOUR CHECKED-OUT APPS. mars/src/lib/not-found-classify.ts:327, pluto/src/lib/not-found-classify.ts:389, venus/src/lib/scanner-probe-re.ts:187, terra/src/lib/not-found-tier.ts:271 - every one `/^\/media\/(?:system|jui|vendor|templates)\//,` and `grep -ho ... | sort -u` collapses to ONE line, so this is byte-identity rather than four readings that look alike. THE MODULE NAME IS DIFFERENT IN EVERY APP and the row's own description named only venus's. mars and pluto classify in `not-found-classify.ts`, terra in `not-found-tier.ts`, venus in `scanner-probe-re.ts`. A propagation checked by filename would have reported four apps missing the fix. Recording it because the next five-app census will hit the same thing. TEST COVERAGE, which is NOT the same shape in any two apps: mars 3 `/media/` arms in not-found-classify.test.ts; terra 3 in not-found-tier.test.ts; pluto 5 vectors in `src/lib/scanner-probe-vectors.ts` (z-media-system, z-media-jui, z-neg-media-slash, z-neg-media-other and the bare-/media negative) consumed by scanner-probe-vectors.test.ts via SCANNER_PROBE_VECTORS; venus via the cross-rail drift test reading `scripts/__tests__/fixtures/scanner-probe-vectors.json` - 112 vectors, `_sourceCommit 8512aa6`, mtime 2026-10-06 08:14, carrying z-media-system, z-media-jui, z-neg-media-slash, z-neg-media-other AND z-neg-mediacion. No media id appears in that test's KNOWN_GAPS, so venus is REQUIRED to suppress the two positives and REQUIRED not to over-match the negatives, and the test fails if either direction breaks. I nearly filed venus as untested: `grep -c '/media/'` over venus's three test FILES returns 0, because venus keeps its vectors in a JSON fixture and pluto keeps them in a .ts data module. A count over test files is a fact about the files, not about the coverage - read what the test imports before calling an app uncovered. WHAT IS NOT VERIFIED. enamel is not checked out on this host, so its landing rests on commit 842bcf4 / version 0.14.9 as recorded on this row - a commit reference, which is a weaker claim than the byte read I have for the other four. The runtime `[scanner-404]` log line remains unreadable without EVO-104, so the pass signal stays the ABSENCE of a /media appEvents row, per the instrument correction already on this row. Live absence observed 7d in the two clusters I hold roles for: pluto 0 rows, enamel/terra exactly 1 - the pre-fix witness at 2026-10-06 07:55:10Z under appVersion 0.14.8, about six hours before enamel's fix. The mars and venus app clusters were NOT read. Closing. Any /media/(system|jui|vendor|templates)/ row at warn or error on any app is the regression signal.
