nw-venus repo has no git remote: the emaildrain + gdrive-auth-check units are version-controlled but NOT off-disk recoverable

Found during the EVO-96 verification pass (bin-venus-cc, 2026-10-06). EVO-96's tracking half is DONE and verified - see that row. This is the half it did not close. MEASURED, not inferred: - ~/.config/systemd/user/evolutiva-emaildrain@.{service,timer} are symlinks into /home/rob/Documents/terminal/nw-venus/systemd/, git-tracked, worktree == HEAD, deployed sha256 == tracked sha256. Good. - `git -C /home/rob/Documents/terminal/nw-venus remote -v` prints NOTHING. The repo has no remote. HEAD is 35f5726. - The only thing in the fleet that names /home/rob/Documents/terminal/ is backup-to-pendrive.sh, which has NO timer and writes a password-protected 7z to a physically attached pendrive. That is a manual act requiring hardware, not an automated off-disk copy. WHY THIS IS THE SAME p1 EVO-96 WAS FILED AT, not a downgraded leftover. EVO-96's words: 'lose the disk and the rail is not recoverable from any repo.' A git repo that lives on the same disk as the file it tracks does not change that sentence - it only adds a local change history, which protects against an accidental edit, not against the disk. The property EVO-96 was raised about is still true today. Rating it lower now would be rating the half that got fixed. If you disagree, lower it - it is your row. WHAT IT GUARDS: evolutiva-emaildrain@ carries production mail for mars, venus, terra and enamel on a 5-minute timer, plus the EVO-110 failnotify legs. Also in this same repo and therefore in the same blast radius: the gdrive-auth-check unit/timer (OPS-252). DONE means an automated off-disk copy of /home/rob/Documents/terminal/nw-venus exists and has been observed completing at least once - a git remote is the obvious form, but a scheduled push to /data-venus or gdrive would also satisfy it. Not done: a manual pendrive run, or a remote added but never pushed. NOT MINE: nw owns runtime and host paths, bin owns code (registry rows 233 unit / 235 script reflect that split). Refuse in one line if this belongs elsewhere and I will reroute rather than re-send.
