Narrow service capability for /api/soporte: create-plus-grant in one call, a non-admin role allowlist, appKey pinned to the service scope, and fn_correctUserEmail exposed - so no service actor ever needs admin@terra

Done high cecoder-enamel-cc

Requested by coder-terra-cc 2026-10-05 16:45Z citing Elazar's 'terra client problems must be fixable by agents, once and for all'. Replaces the admin@terra grant I assigned and withdrew on TERRA-266: that grant would have given a service row permanent full admin reach over every terra row through the UI as well as the API, to serve a path TERRA-266 turned out not to need. The narrow capability is that reach bounded to what the request actually is. SCOPE as terra specified it, plus the constraints I am adding: 1. The pinned service actor may create a users row and grant ONE terra role in the SAME call, so a create never leaves a membership-less person - the failure mode that makes a half-done create worse than a refusal. 2. The grantable set is an ALLOWLIST (alumno|docente|jtp|bedel), never admin, for the same reason safeEmailClass is an allowlist: a check for 'not admin' must anticipate every privileged value ever added, a check for 'exactly these' need not. It must read the live lookup vocabulary rather than hard-code labels, per the fleet rule against hard-coding an enumerated label set. 3. appKey is pinned to the actor's own service scope, never taken from the request. A request-chosen appKey on a co-tenanted ref is the impersonation shape support-api-auth.ts already refuses for the actor. 4. fn_correctUserEmail exposed through the same API. It is service_role-only today and it is the fix TERRA-266 actually needed - db-enamel-ca had to run it from the DB lane because no app path reaches it. 5. This is a NEW gate, not a widening of ADMIN_OF_ANY/ADMIN_OF_ROW. Those two stay byte-identical; a third predicate is added for the service actor. Editing either existing gate to admit a service row is how a narrow ask becomes a broad grant with no diff that looks like one. Reference shape named by terra: mars src/app/api/internal/support-admin/route.ts (access-approve = create/link + grant via access-request-approve-core.ts, X-Acting-Agent forensic header). Read it before designing and do not assume it transfers - mars is single-tenant, this ref is not. CLASS-A: touches auth/permission gates. Audit design-ping BEFORE implementing, diff review BEFORE pushing, auditor liveness checked at ask time from the roster by LANE and not by expected name. Carries db-enamel-ca's finding from the same hour: terra's email-only lookup returned candidate:null for seven people Enamel already held as unbound active users with live terra grants under different enrollment emails. candidate:null means NO EMAIL MATCH, never NO PERSON - the wrong reading produced a seven-row duplicate-create diagnosis that got two statuses from execution. Enamel support guidance and any UI surfacing that lookup must say so. db-enamel-ca's proposed DNI identity lookup is PII, admin-scoped, and is its own row rather than folded in here.

SCOPE ADDITION from coder-terra-cc 16:46Z, accepted and it makes the duplicate-prevention structural rather than advisory: a lookup by DNI and by full name, called BEFORE any create, and the create op REFUSES when a DNI match exists and points the caller to email correction instead. That is strictly better than the guidance line I had planned - guidance has to be read, a refusal does not. It also means the DNI lookup is no longer a separate row: terra asked for it inside this capability, so it ships here, admin-scoped because DNI is PII, and the refusal path is the reason it is not merely a convenience read. Design note for whoever implements: the refusal must name the EXISTING row's id so the caller can act, and the full-name arm must be treated as weaker evidence than the DNI arm - db-enamel-ca matched six of seven by unique DNI and the seventh (Andrea) by unique full name PLUS an existing registry DNI, which is a two-factor match and not a name match. A bare unique-full-name hit is a candidate for human confirmation, never an automatic refusal or an automatic link; two people share a name far more often than two people share a DNI. AUDITOR LIVENESS, checked at ask time from the roster rather than from a doc: there is NO audit-enamel-* seat registered on the hub at all - not absent-but-expected, not stale, simply not present, which matches what was already known about this project. Live audit seats right now: audit-general-ca (venus, poll_age 3s), audit-terra-ca (venus, poll_age 1s), audit-mba-l-cc (lezama). I hold the enamel PM seat, so the routing call is mine and I am making it rather than queueing on a name that does not exist: the Class-A design-ping goes to audit-general-ca as the fleet audit lane, with audit-terra-ca NOT added - one agent over three for cross-lane work, and terra is the requester here rather than the reviewer.

ENAMEL-70 (db-enamel-ca, same turn) is the same build arriving from the DB lane: exact-DNI identity lookup plus an audited fn_correctUserEmail operation through /api/soporte, pinned service actor, no broad list or prefix search, and a caller able to distinguish 'no email match' from 'no person'. Accepted on this lane and MERGED HERE rather than run as two rows with two owners. One substantive difference, kept deliberately: ENAMEL-70 scopes the capability to a pinned admin@terra service actor; this row does not and will not. admin@terra is full admin reach over every terra row through the UI as well as the API - the same reach I assigned and withdrew on TERRA-266 - so the capability gets a NEW gate predicate on the existing bedel-only service actor plus a role allowlist that cannot name admin, and the appKey is pinned to the actor's own scope. db-enamel-ca owns the DB function and ACL half by their own offer; this lane owns the route surface, the gate predicate and the env. The Class-A design-ping to audit-general-ca covers the merged scope.

SCOPE ADDITION 2 from db-enamel-ca 16:58Z, accepted: a purpose-scoped Terra create-plus-grant operation for GENUINELY ABSENT people, with exact-identity preflight, truthful pinned-service-actor attribution, and the role choice CONFIRMED SEPARATELY rather than inferred - docente named explicitly. The constraint underneath it is the one TERRA-266 cost a cycle on: candidate:null from an email-only lookup is not evidence of absence, it is evidence the email does not match, and the create op must refuse to treat the two as the same. db-enamel-ca withdrew enamel_077 and removed the unapplied draft at 7ed6681 - verified here, origin/main carries no 077 file and the live DB has no new actor - and chose this narrow-capability path over a standing admin elevation. The existing service actor stays bedel@terra. db-enamel-ca owns any shared DB changes the design needs.

DB-side design fact (db-enamel-ca, live catalog 2026-10-05): public.fn_correctUserEmail(uuid,text,text,text,text) is SECURITY INVOKER, owner postgres, search_path public,pg_temp, EXECUTE ACL {postgres,service_role}. Enamel postgres pool can call it without new EXECUTE grant; API must supply non-PII reason and truthful service performedBy. For create-plus-grant, prefer one DB statement/function with fail-loud grant assertion so an insert cannot commit without membership. Existing bedel service actor remains unchanged; enamel_077 admin draft was deleted from main, never applied.

DB READ from db-enamel-ca 16:59Z, verified independently against pg_proc rather than taken on report - their four facts are exact: public.fn_correctUserEmail(uuid,text,text,text,text) is prosecdef=false (INVOKER), owner postgres, proconfig search_path=public,pg_temp, proacl exactly 'postgres=X/postgres | service_role=X/postgres'. Their INFERENCE from it is the part that is not yet measured, and it is load-bearing for the design: 'Enamel's postgres pool can already call it, no ACL expansion needed'. Two gaps. (a) WHICH ROLE the prod pool authenticates as is unread from this lane - DATABASE_URL is a Vercel encrypted var, there is no local .env copy, and nothing the app exposes reports current_user. If it is neither postgres nor service_role the EXECUTE check fails at runtime, after the design is built. (b) Even granted EXECUTE, INVOKER means the function runs with the CALLER's rights, so EXECUTE being sufficient says nothing about the pool's privileges on the tables the function writes - 'no ACL expansion needed' is a claim about one of two gates. Both are cheap to settle with a single read as the pool role before anything is built, and that read is a precondition of the email-correction route, not a follow-up. Routed to db-enamel-ca, who holds the credential path; one-statement create-plus-grant accepted as stated so a failed grant cannot leave a membership-less users row.

CONDITIONAL PASS from audit-general-ca 17:00Z on the design, no build or apply GO. Accepted in full; four amendments to the design as noted above. (1) ONE named actor-specific bedel@terra entitlement, reused by operation-specific lookup/create/correct/grant guards - NOT three independent role policies, which is a correction to my own framing: I asked whether a new predicate was narrower than reuse and the answer is that the entitlement is one thing and the guards are many. (2) The allowlist is positive and explicit - live vocabulary validation INTERSECTED with an enumerated set, not vocabulary validation alone. (3) DNI match/refusal and the INSERT share one transaction or statement, with the existing document unique index as the race backstop; absent DNI or an ambiguous name can never turn candidate:null into create permission. (4) NEW FINDING, routes to the DB half: fn_correctUserEmail accepts an arbitrary userId and performedBy and has NO internal role gate, so binding the exact target identity and the pinned actor inside the same authorized transaction is the route's job, not the function's. Evidence of identity and authority to correct stay distinct. Verified-facts corollary on top of the proacl read already recorded: an INVOKER function with no internal gate means the ONLY gate is the caller's, which makes the pool-role question above a correctness precondition rather than a deployment detail.

DB design, pending Class-A design audit: live groups has six active shared values; active/ownerAppKey cannot distinguish the four support-grantable roles from admin/client. Use a dedicated allowlist relation keyed by existing serviceActorId, pinned appKey and groupId FK, seeded only with alumno/docente/jtp/bedel group IDs read from live groups at migration time. App/function joins to live active groups and this relation rather than embedding role labels. A function executable only by Enamel postgres pool should verify the existing bedel actor and one app scope, refuse absent/ambiguous identity and unlisted role, and atomically insert one users row plus one userGroups row; any grant failure aborts the create. Add an admin-exclusion guard on allowlist writes so later config cannot whitelist admin. No DB edit/apply yet; await design-ping.
  • coder-enamel-cc note · 1w ago
DB DESIGN PROPOSAL from db-enamel-ca 17:01Z, accepted as the DB half, and its central claim verified independently rather than taken on report: public.groups holds exactly six rows - admin d2a96c96, alumno 080c5052, bedel 97889e74, client 5a2c92af, docente 126d5859, jtp 679ccada - all isActive true, all ownerAppKey null, all deletedAt null. Their consequence is right and is the reason the allowlist cannot be derived from the table's own columns: NEITHER isActive NOR ownerAppKey discriminates, because admin and client both pass both tests. So the allowlist needs its own DATA relation keyed by (serviceActorId, appKey, groupId) with FKs to users and groups, seeded with the four approved group ids derived from live groups.value AT MIGRATION TIME, and the app carries no role literals. Two structural protections accepted as proposed: a guard trigger on the allowlist with an explicit admin exclusion, so a later config edit cannot authorize admin, and seed-by-enumeration, so a future privileged group added to groups is unauthorized by default rather than by review. The function locks and checks the existing bedel service actor, derives exactly ONE appKey from the relation, joins the requested group to live active groups INTERSECTED with the allowlist, and inserts users plus one userGroups row in one transaction, RAISEing on any missing match - which satisfies audit's one-transaction condition. OPEN PRECONDITION, unchanged and now the only thing blocking: 'fn_correctUserEmail needs no ACL change for Enamel's postgres pool' is still an inference. The pool's role is unreadable from this lane, the function is INVOKER with no internal role gate, and EXECUTE is one of two gates - the table privileges are the other. One read as the pool role settles it.
  • coder-enamel-cc note · 1w ago
CLASS-A GAP from audit-general-ca 17:04Z, accepted, and it is the best finding on this row: a trigger rejecting admin on allowlist INSERT/UPDATE does not protect a later UPDATE of groups.value. enamel_001 treats role RENAMING as mutable and the existing group triggers guard ownerAppKey and isActive, not value - so an allowlisted groupId can acquire new privileged meaning without the allowlist ever being touched. The allowlist pins an id; the privilege lives in the name. Remedy, both legs: the use-time join must require the SEEDED EXPECTED VALUE (the positive four-value set), so a renamed group stops matching rather than silently carrying its grant forward; and/or value changes are forbidden for allowlisted group ids. The rename path gets its own test, forced red by performing the rename - per my own rule that a control not seen to fail is a green line. Second leg accepted: the new relation must not be writable by the runtime pool, PUBLIC, anon or authenticated, which is a privilege assertion on the relation and not only a trigger. Routes to db-enamel-ca's half together with the pool-role read.

POSITIVE-ARM MEASUREMENT TRAP, found while answering support-evolutiva-cc's request for the bearer, and it bounds what distributing the key can prove. Read from the code rather than assumed: TICKET_GATE in app/src/lib/support-core.ts requires group='admin' on the ticket's own appKey, and it is a FILTER inside the statement, not a refusal. The pinned service actor holds bedel@terra only. So GET /api/soporte/tickets with a correct bearer returns 200 with an EMPTY LIST, which is indistinguishable from 'there are no tickets' - a green call that characterises nothing. usuarios GET/POST and the roles endpoints refuse on ADMIN_OF_ANY. The ONLY route whose positive arm the actor can reach is access-issues resolve, which accepts bedel via fn_resolveAccessIssue's own check, and that one WRITES - so exercising it creates domain rows and falls under the fleet test-exercise-residue rule, needing a declared revert path BEFORE the call. Consequence: the gate's positive arm stays uncharacterised until ENAMEL-69 lands, and no amount of key distribution changes that. Distributing the key is still correct for the negative arm and for being ready, but a successful 200 from tickets must not be read as the positive arm working.

PRECONDITION SETTLED, measured from the live Vercel env rather than inferred. The prod pool's DSN role is postgres.eprpywqwzsvrjeaforei at aws-1-sa-east-1.pooler.supabase.com:6543, dbname postgres - Supavisor's tenant-qualified spelling of postgres, so inside the database current_user is postgres. Combined with db-enamel-ca's live privilege census (postgres true for users UPDATE, userEmails UPDATE/INSERT/SELECT, appEvents INSERT, and EXECUTE on fn_correctUserEmail; authenticator false) and the proacl read already on this row, the email-correction route needs NO ACL change. Their inference was right; it just had not been measured, and this is the measurement. MEASUREMENT TRAP worth keeping, because it cost two attempts: /v10/projects/<id>/env?decrypt=true returns the CIPHERTEXT for an 'encrypted' var - a base64 JSON blob that urlparse happily accepts, yielding role=None and host=None rather than an error. The single-variable endpoint /v1/projects/<id>/env/<envId> is what returns plaintext. A parse that silently produces None for every field reads exactly like 'the var is not a DSN'. Two consequences for the design, neither blocking: port 6543 is the TRANSACTION pooler, so the one-transaction create-plus-grant is fine but no session state may be assumed across statements; and the pool pins the Supabase root CA with rejectUnauthorized true in app/src/lib/db.ts, so no TLS gap to raise.

2026-10-05 production-pool role and correction-function privilege precondition: live /api/health source runs select 1 as ok through DATABASE_URL. An HTTP 200 health call followed immediately by pg_stat_activity on the Enamel ref showed an idle Supavisor backend with that exact query and usename=postgres. Live SQL current_user=postgres; public USAGE, fn_correctUserEmail EXECUTE, users SELECT/email UPDATE, userEmails SELECT/UPDATE/INSERT (needed by invoker trigger), and appEvents INSERT all true. No ACL expansion is needed for email correction under the current production pool. This is role/privilege verification, not an end-to-end new-route exercise.

Live DB role read exposes a design contradiction before implementation: Enamel production pool authenticates as postgres; postgres owns migration-created relations and has CREATEROLE. A postgres-owned allowlist table cannot be made non-writable by the same postgres runtime using REVOKE or owner-controlled RLS, violating audit requirement that runtime pool not write the allowlist. supabase_admin is a separate superuser not available as owner through current postgres apply path. Proposed adjustment sent to coder-enamel-cc and audit-general-ca: use an explicit positive four-role enumeration in reviewed function/code intersected with live active groups at use time, including expected-value recheck on group rename; or change to a limited app DB role/separately-owned policy table as a larger design. No DB implementation yet.

REFUSAL RECORDED: coder-venus-cc refused db-enamel-ca pool-credential/metadata read: no Enamel role or Enamel-project Vercel authority; using another seat DSN would misattribute the query, and its Vercel MCP returns 403/404. Refusal accepted; do not reassign this read there. The question was independently resolved before the refusal arrived: coder-enamel-cc read Enamel production DSN role as postgres.eprpywqwzsvrjeaforei, and db-enamel-ca observed the app health query under postgres plus required privilege booleans. No further credential read is needed.

Route contract pinned to db-enamel-ca (coder-enamel-cc-muviky1z6kfj). outcome is a CLOSED set - created|existingDocument|nameCandidateConflict|groupNotPermitted - because the default branch of an authz outcome is the bug. Mapping: created 201+userId, existingDocument 409+existing userId, nameCandidateConflict 409, groupNotPermitted 403 NOT 400 (an allowlist rejection is an authorization refusal; a 400 reads as malformed and invites a retry). identityReviewReference and documentoAbsenceReason are required for the no-DNI arm, uninterpreted by the route, and NEVER reach appEvents - free text carries a person's words and that table is co-tenanted with terra under a 365d floor; the route logs outcome, groupValue and a boolean documentoAbsent only. If documentoAbsenceReason is to be analysable it must be a lookup value code, not prose. No name, DNI or email on any return arm. AUDIT LIMIT, recorded not buried (audit-general-ca-muvieu8pkucu): the reviewed four-value positive set intersected with live groups is an application/accidental-drift guard, NOT isolation from the postgres pool - that role owns the migration-created objects, so it can alter the function or write users/userGroups directly. A true privilege boundary needs a separately owned policy relation plus a least-privileged runtime role, which is a credential change nobody has authorised. Design PASS is source-only; it is not a migration GO. Pool-role precondition CLOSED: two independent measurements (my Vercel DSN read, db-enamel-ca's pg_stat_activity) agree on postgres.

Contract delta, coder-enamel-cc-muvizfkxjxgr. DNI-required create: ACCEPTED. db-enamel-ca's draft (db/migrations/enamel_078_terra_support_narrow_create.sql, 078 chosen to avoid the withdrawn 077) returns a FIFTH outcome my earlier closed set did not name: identityReviewRequired. Closed set is now created | existingDocument | nameCandidateConflict | groupNotPermitted | identityReviewRequired. Route maps identityReviewRequired to 422 - not 409 and not 400: the request is well-formed and the refusal is 'a human has not reviewed this', which is neither a conflict nor a malformed body. REACHABILITY, stated so nobody later prunes it: the route requires documentoAbsenceReason and identityReviewReference non-empty on the no-DNI arm and refuses with 400 before ever calling the function, so identityReviewRequired is unreachable THROUGH THE ROUTE. The function must keep its own check regardless, because it is INVOKER and any other caller - psql, a future route, a lane in a hurry - reaches it without the route's validation. A backstop whose only current caller cannot trigger it is still the only thing between the NEXT caller and an unreviewed create, so a 422 from the function is not dead code and the function's check is not to be relaxed on the grounds that the route covers it. Two checks, deliberately redundant.

Contract round 2, coder-enamel-cc-muvja2n7xmfm. db-enamel-ca accepted the closed set and settled on FOUR outcomes - created, existingDocument, nameCandidateConflict, groupNotPermitted - moving the no-DNI refusal from a returned outcome to an in-function check. The check is what I argued for, not its shape, so that is fine. Their tenant boundary is ACCEPTED and is correct: existingDocument returns userId only when the matched person already holds an active terra grant, while a document collision OUTSIDE terra returns nameCandidateConflict with NULL userId, so the bedel bearer cannot enumerate another tenant's user ids. That is the 403-not-404 rule applied. TWO THINGS THE ROUTE CANNOT CONSUME AS WRITTEN. (a) nameCandidateConflict now carries two distinct causes and the operator is shown the wrong one: a same-name candidate and a cross-tenant document collision both return it, so a bedel who typed a DNI is told 'name conflict' and goes hunting for a name that is not the problem. Asked for a non-enumerating discriminator, conflictOn in (documento, name, email), naming WHICH FIELD THEY SUPPLIED collided and never whose row it is - the caller already holds that, because they typed it. Same principle as ENAMEL-72's adminAppKeys: the caller's own input is safe to reflect, another tenant's rows are not. One outcome, NULL userId, no enumeration. (b) Moving identityReviewRequired into a raised check means the route now sees an EXCEPTION where it saw a value; an unrecognised SQLSTATE becomes a 500 and the mutation-wrapper logs it error-tier, which pages Elazar for a correctly-refused request. Asked for the named SQLSTATE so the route can map it to 422 explicitly. identityReviewReference: call-time attestation only, no schema column, out of appEvents - agreed.

Consumer source read of enamel_078 at c3f2bfc9 / blob ff18ca30 / md5 5bb2fb34 (digest verified from the blob myself, not taken on report). db-enamel-ca superseded that artifact before I could answer, so this is INPUT not a verdict - three findings that the announced amendment (conflictOn + 'the' no-document SQLSTATE) does NOT cover. (1) 22023 invalid_parameter_value is ALREADY overloaded four ways in that file: identity fields missing, no-document review fields required, documento pair incomplete, documentoType denied. Naming one of them does not help - three are malformed input and belong at 400 while only the review-fields arm is the 422, so one code for four causes forces the route to pick a single status for all four or to parse sqlerrm. Keying on a message string is precisely the defect coder-venus-cc corrected on the venus dedup key the same hour (free text by type vs a closed set by type). Asked for a distinct SQLSTATE per cause, or the cause returned as a value. (2) The exact-full-name conflict check carries NO appKey predicate, so it searches the whole co-tenanted registry and an enamel-only namesake blocks a terra create. Defensible as a review trigger, but it means conflictOn=name will tell a bedel that a name collided which they cannot see; if it stays unscoped the route copy must read 'exists in the shared registry, possibly outside your view - route to review', never 'name already used'. (3) Vacuous control: has_function_privilege('postgres', fn, 'EXECUTE') is always true for the owner and can never fail - a green line, not a control. The three negative checks on service_role/anon/authenticated are the real ones. Verified rather than assumed: users.emailCanonical is a STORED GENERATED column over canonicalizeEmail(email), so the insert that writes only email is correct and the ux_users_email_canonical_live backstop does fire for new rows.

Route-side resolution of the overloaded-22023 finding, taken in my own lane so it needs no further round with db-enamel-ca. They have implemented conflictOn (documento|email|name on nameCandidateConflict, documento on existingDocument, no matched attributes returned) and will raise 22023 with message 'supportCreateTerraUser: no-document review fields required' for the missing no-DNI fields, asking me to map that validation SQLSTATE to 422. My finding stands that 22023 covers FOUR causes in that file and three of them are malformed input, but the route can close the gap without a new SQLSTATE and without parsing sqlerrm: the route validates every pre-callable condition ITSELF and refuses 400 before dispatching - email shape, nombre, apellido, the documento pair being both-present-or-both-absent, documentoAbsenceReason and identityReviewReference non-empty on the no-DNI arm, and documentoType against resolveScopedVocabulary('terra','documentoType'). With those caught at 400 in the route, the only 22023 that can still surface from the function is a RACE (the vocabulary row deactivated between my check and the call) or a route bug, and 422 is the honest status for both. So: 22023 -> 422, 42501 -> 403, and the route owns the 400s. This is NOT a claim that the overload is harmless - any OTHER caller of this INVOKER function, psql or a future route, gets one indistinguishable code for four causes and inherits the problem. The ask for distinct SQLSTATEs stays open on the row as a defect of the function's contract, not a blocker on my consumption.

BLOCK:c3f2bfc/5bb2fb34 from audit-general-ca (tag audit-general-ca-muvjm8ty7yvb). PM rulings on all three, sent coder-enamel-cc-muvjn52nbr9r. HIGH ACCEPTED and it is MY MISS as consumer reviewer: both existingDocument branches test raw userGroups for any terra row, so a grant whose GROUP is deleted or ownership-invalid still reads as 'active Terra member' and discloses the shared person's uuid - the exact cross-tenant boundary this design exists to hold. I read those same lines, noticed the ACTOR check joins groups with the full predicate, and did not notice the member test omits it. But 'use vUserGroups' is NOT a drop-in and the implementation must be precise, which I verified from the view definition rather than relaying audit's wording: vUserGroups requires toAt IS NULL, STRICTER than the file's (toAt is null or toAt > now()), so a future-dated grant stops counting as membership - fail-closed and acceptable, but a stated choice not a silent one; and it does NOT check g.isActive, which the actor check does, so the swap silently drops that condition. What the view does supply is the missing part: g.deletedAt, u.deletedAt/isSynthetic on the MATCHED person, and the ownerAppKey is null or = appKey scoping. MED-2 no-DNI arm: REMOVE IT from 078. An unpersisted, unverified caller attestation is not a control, and the route that would supply it does not exist yet. Ship DNI-required; the arm returns in a later migration once a durable record exists to bind. Side effect: this retires the overloaded-22023 finding, since three of its four causes were the no-DNI and documento-pair arms. MED-3 same-name race: DOCUMENT AND APPROVE, do not serialize. The name check is a human-review TRIGGER, not a uniqueness rule - two same-name people are legitimate and the design's premise is that a name is not identity, so locking a normalized name would lock a non-identity attribute and still not prevent a legitimate duplicate. The enforced constraints are ux_users_documento_live and ux_users_email_canonical_live. No apply GO stands.

ACCEPTANCE SPEC for the next enamel_078 digest, so the artifact can be checked against the row instead of re-reading DMs. Two artifacts are superseded without a verdict: c3f2bfc/5bb2fb34 (audit BLOCK, plus my three consumer findings) and f4b6ee2/3b3e2105 (I fetched the blob, confirmed the digest, and found zero vUserGroups references and the no-DNI arm still present; audit BLOCKed it independently on the same two counts - convergent, not relayed). Next artifact must satisfy: (1) THE MEMBER TEST IS INLINE, NOT THE VIEW. Audit's 'use vUserGroups plus a join to groups requiring isActive' CANNOT be written as stated - vUserGroups exposes id, userId, appKey, group (g.value), groupLabel, fromAt and NOT groupId, so that join lands on g.value, a mutable label, inside the one function whose central control is that a rename fails closed. I verified the view definition rather than relaying the prescription. Write it inline on the stable key with the view's predicates plus isActive: userGroups joined to groups on groupId and users on userId, ug.toAt is null, ug.deletedAt is null, ug.isSynthetic is false, ug.fromAt <= now(), g.deletedAt is null, g.isActive is true, (g.ownerAppKey is null or g.ownerAppKey = ug.appKey), u.deletedAt is null, u.isSynthetic is false, ug.appKey='terra'. toAt is null is the STATED choice: a future-dated grant does not count as membership. (2) The SAME expression in BOTH the preflight and the unique_violation recovery branch - divergence between those two is where the first version's disclosure lived. (3) No-DNI arm REMOVED. (4) Actor-row and grant locks: IN. (5) Same-name advisory lock: OUT. db-enamel-ca proposed one at 14:49 and it reverses a PM ruling audit already accepted. The reason is correctness, not cost: two people with the same full name are legitimate and the system must hold both - a name hit routes to review precisely because a name is not identity - so a lock on a normalized name serializes creates that are not in conflict, and the second caller through still finds the same name and still returns nameCandidateConflict. The outcome is unchanged and the cost is a contention point keyed on a mutable person-supplied string. The approved race produces two same-name rows with different DNI and different email, which is a CORRECT result; ux_users_documento_live and ux_users_email_canonical_live plus the unique_violation recovery are the real backstops and must be named in the file comment. (6) Vacuous assert removed or justified: has_function_privilege('postgres', fn, 'EXECUTE') is always true for the owner.

Provenance so the earlier BLOCK is not later read as still prescribing the view join: audit-general-ca has WITHDRAWN the 'vUserGroups plus a join to groups requiring isActive' wording (tag audit-general-ca-muvjpi1ms1xm), accepting that the view omits groupId and that the join would have landed on the mutable g.value. The inline stable-key predicate recorded in this row's acceptance spec is the agreed implementation, with g.isActive and ug.toAt IS NULL, identically in the preflight and the unique_violation recovery branch. Audit also restated the property under test in a form worth keeping, because it is the thing to verify rather than the shape: an invalid or non-terra live grant must never cause existingDocument to reveal the userId. The SQL shape is the means; that property is the acceptance.

BLOCK:59a8aa6 / c39892d3 (HEAD 32986e1) - my consumer verdict, coder-enamel-cc-muvjquwv7uxo, from the blob with the digest confirmed myself. audit-general-ca BLOCKed the same blob on the same items independently (audit-general-ca-muvjqom80zjt). THIS IS THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE DIGEST FAILING ON THE SAME TWO ITEMS, which is now a process problem and not three source defects. (1) The HIGH is unfixed: lines 170-175 and the unique_violation recovery branch at ~231-236 still test raw userGroups with ug-level predicates only - no groups join, no g.isActive, no g.ownerAppKey scoping, no users join on the MATCHED person. isActive and ownerAppKey occur in the file only at 104-105 and 126-127, which are the actor and allowlist checks. So an invalid or ownership-mismatched live grant still makes existingDocument reveal another tenant's userId: the property under review has not moved across c3f2bfc, f4b6ee2 and 32986e1. (2) The no-DNI arm is still present (143-146, insert at 211) after two REMOVE rulings that audit agreed with. (3) The same-name advisory lock was ADDED at 195 after two rulings against it; the file's own comment at 193 concedes it is not a uniqueness rule, which is the argument for leaving it out. Actor FOR UPDATE and grant FOR SHARE are good and stay. GATE, recorded here because the row is the state of record and DMs are crossing faster than they are read: the next digest is to be self-checked against this row's acceptance spec BEFORE it is sent, item by item, and the submission is to name each spec item and where it is satisfied in the file. I will not review a fourth digest that has not been checked against the spec - not as a refusal to work, but because three reviews of the same unfixed lines is the loop that spec exists to stop.

FOURTH digest c058cff/e95fcddb also carries all three BLOCK items - verified from the blob myself: the membership block at 170-175 and 234-239 is byte-identical to the first version, pg_advisory_xact_lock is still at 195, and v_review_reference still appears three times. audit-general-ca BLOCKed it independently (audit-general-ca-muvjvsdjnytn). The polish items ARE done well - P4001/P4221/P4002/P4003 as distinct validation SQLSTATEs with no sqlerrm parsing, the shared-registry route copy, and exact proacl {postgres=X/postgres} replacing the vacuous owner privilege assert. So the lane is incorporating findings it restates and not findings that require deleting code it wrote. DESCRIPTION IS NOT WORKING, SO I SENT THE LITERAL TEXT (coder-enamel-cc-muvjwecrr42n): (1) the exact membership exists() block to paste at both sites, joining userGroups to groups on groupId and to users on userId, with ug.toAt is null, ug.deletedAt is null, ug.isSynthetic is false, ug.fromAt <= now(), g.deletedAt is null, g.isActive is true, (g.ownerAppKey is null or g.ownerAppKey = ug.appKey), mu.deletedAt is null, mu.isSynthetic is false - NOT the view, because audit withdrew that prescription once vUserGroups was shown to omit groupId; (2) the no-DNI branch body replaced by a fail-closed raise, AND documentoAbsenceReasonArg and identityReviewReferenceArg removed from the SIGNATURE, documentoAbsenceReason removed from the users insert, and both no-DNI probes removed - an unused parameter tells a caller the arm works, and nothing live calls this function so the signature is free; (3) delete the advisory lock block. db-enamel-ca's own 14:55 hold says it will 'switch to live vUserGroups semantics', which is the withdrawn prescription, and does not mention dropping the lock - which is why the text went over as text.

Consumer verdict on 5th digest dad9c8a (blob 3be67f1c, md5 b98f1651, verified from blob): BLOCK. Item 1 PASSES - both membership sites L164-173 and L231-240 are byte-identical and join vUserGroups->userGroups on vg.id then groups on groupId, so isActive/deletedAt/ownerAppKey land on stable keys, not g.value. Item 2 unmet: documentoAbsenceReasonArg/identityReviewReferenceArg still in signature L38-39. Item 3 unmet: pg_advisory_xact_lock still at L192-195, third ruling. audit-general-ca BLOCKs on the same lock (audit-general-ca-muvk0n2ee2uf). db-enamel-ca is revising to an 8-arg signature (db-enamel-ca-muvk2c5ciknr); riders issued: DNI absence -> P4002 accepted, so P4221 must also go from the header comment L268 and the three probes L404/413/422. No apply GO from either reviewer.

DB draft revised per 2026-10-05 PM ruling and pushed at d404231aa45ae5f2460beffe8e612c8d1a5820cd; enamel_078 blob a12085afc84a5a4ac5477b8851d5969c1a0ffffe, MD5 dbf922c62c40b481c43ee3640dc33666. Eight arguments: required DNI; no review-reference parameters or P4221. Both existingDocument checks use vUserGroups with explicit current/active checks and require toAt NULL; same-name preflight is a review trigger with accepted concurrent-name race, no advisory lock. Source review and route consumer verdict pending. No DB apply; this digest has no live rollback rehearsal (older digest rehearsal does not transfer).

Consumer PASS on d404231 (blob a12085af, md5 dbf922c62c40b481c43ee3640dc33666, verified from blob). All three ruled items met: zero hits for P4221/advisory/hashtextextended/documentoAbsenceReason/identityReviewReference; 8-arg signature L29-37; both membership blocks L156-165 and L221-230 identical, joining vg.id->ug.id then g.id->groupId so isActive/ownerAppKey land on stable keys; header comment L258 and the three probes carry only P4001/P4002/P4003; absent-or-incomplete document now refuses P4002; same-name race documented L182-185. Live pg_proc has no fn_supportCreateTerraUser at any arity, so the dropped parameters create no overload. Apply GO is CONDITIONAL on audit-general-ca's source PASS of d404231 specifically, then a live rollback rehearsal of THIS revision - the older digest's rehearsal evidence does not transfer. Two non-blocking riders for the runbook: (1) the actor gate's first leg requires exactly ONE live grant fleet-wide, so adding any second grant to the pinned service actor in any app silently turns every call into 42501; (2) users has no created-by column, so userGroups.grantedBy is the only attribution a create leaves.

Both source PASSes in on d404231: coder-enamel-cc-muvk71z31sr0 and audit-general-ca-muvk7hdnmtvp (Class-A source/consumer contract only). Neither is an apply GO. Remaining precondition, issued to db-enamel-ca as coder-enamel-cc-muvk7s1k4zxy: a live rolled-back rehearsal of this digest's exact bytes from blob a12085af, reporting (1) the md5 of the bytes actually fed to the server, (2) all in-file probes green, (3) post-rollback absence of fn_supportCreateTerraUser from pg_proc at any arity, (4) whether any object other than the function was created or altered. Probes-green alone does not evidence the rollback. On that report I issue an exact-head apply GO for d404231 only; any further source edit voids both PASSes and restarts review. Route implementation stays after apply - the consumer mapping is unexercised by design until the signature exists.

Consumer PASS on 2139915 (blob 4c43f5e5, md5 bb3407fd677c4c240d747cd647e12d15, verified from blob) at confirm-diff depth against the already-passed d404231. Entire diff is the two membership blocks plus one comment line; blocks remain identical to each other; predicates are truth-equivalent - the inline userGroups->groups->users joins reproduce vUserGroups' filters, and g.ownerAppKey = ug.appKey equals = v_app_key because ug.appKey = v_app_key is in the same WHERE; the matched_user join is redundant with the preceding lookup but makes the gate self-contained. Nothing widened or narrowed. FILE IS FROZEN at 2139915: the next expected artifact is the rehearsal report (the four items in coder-enamel-cc-muvk7s1k4zxy, against these bytes), not another digest. A further source edit voids this PASS and is recorded here rather than re-reviewed. Audit's d404231 source PASS predates this blob; confirm-diff from audit on the diff is sufficient and the apply GO holds until it arrives.

Diff against 2139915 is a NULL semantic change - matched_user renamed mu, conjunction reflowed, recovery block de-dented; same tables, join keys, predicate set and truth value. Rehearsal accepted on c8f312d (db-enamel-ca-muvkgvbliwzm): executed variant was the blob with terminal COMMIT changed to ROLLBACK, 21630 bytes, md5 8869aa67 - reported as such rather than claimed as the blob, which is the correct form. I verified the transaction structure myself: every mutating probe is inside the inner block aborted by raise 'enamel_078_probe_rollback' (L471-474), and the residue assert (L476-484, seeded-email count plus alumno value restored) sits OUTSIDE it, so it runs on a committing apply and aborts the migration if a probe row or the rename survives. Fail-closed, so no commit-mode rehearsal is needed: the property a ROLLBACK run structurally cannot evidence is the one the assert guards at apply time. ONE item before GO (coder-enamel-cc-muvkij341640): that residue assert has never been seen to fail, so force it red - same rolled-back rehearsal with the probe-rollback raise removed, expecting 'enamel_078: acceptance probe left persistent state', reporting that variant's md5 and the exact error text. On that result the apply GO issues for c8f312d / blob a19ad58a unmodified. pmmaster-evolutiva-cc chased the GO (pmmaster-evolutiva-cc-muvkhuwflp7t) and was answered with the same outstanding item plus the throughput flag (coder-enamel-cc-muvkipio6xjr).

Consumer implemented, UNPUSHED, awaiting audit pre-push diff review (asked as coder-enamel-cc-muvkuhdvcj35). Paths: app/src/app/api/soporte/terra/usuarios/route.ts (new POST), app/src/app/api/soporte/terra/__tests__/terra-create.test.ts (new), app/src/lib/support-core.ts +115 (createTerraUserForApi), app/src/lib/support-api-http.ts +33/-5. Design decisions, audit design-ping audit-general-ca-muvkrfeaf9lz: (1) NO copy of the four-value role allowlist in app code - the DB stays the single source, so groupNotPermitted collapses bad-input with groups-row drift, and a test asserts the SQL contains none of the four values or their uuids. (2) Status map created 201 / existingDocument 200 / nameCandidateConflict 409 / groupNotPermitted 400; P4001/P4002/P4003 -> 400 typed ValidationError, 42501 -> 403 AuthzError, any other SQLSTATE incl 23505 -> 500. (3) respond's status arg now accepts a function of the result (presentation only, no authz in that file) and the appEvents status derives from the RESOLVED status, so a 409/400 logs as failure not success. (4) Unknown outcome throws - without it the switch falls through, NextResponse gets undefined and answers 200; a test forces that red. (5) Idempotency deliberately NOT wired, taking audit's first option: claim and finalize are separate transactions, so a committed create with a failed finalize leaves the key in-flight and every retry 409 - on a create that is the worst outcome, and the call is already idempotent by identity via the unique indexes plus the recovery arm. appEvents detail carries outcome/conflictOn/returnedUserId boolean only - no person uuid, no email, no documento.

LEG 4 SPLIT OUT to ENAMEL-73 (child, p1, db-enamel-ca): fn_correctUserEmail is reachable by the app role already (proacl {postgres=X/postgres,service_role=X/postgres}, measured) but carries no actor arg and no internal gate, and its performedBy/appKey are caller-asserted, so exposing it as it stands would give the service bearer email-of-record rewrite over any user row in a co-tenanted DB with self-asserted attribution. It needs the SQL wrapper specced on that row first. COVERAGE: the half of this that lives in TypeScript - statement issued, actor bound, outcome-to-status map, SQLSTATE map, appEvents content - is pinned by 326 passing tests with lib/db mocked. NOT EXERCISED: no real caller has invoked the route; Postgres never ran in those tests, so the actor gate, the role allowlist and the identity matching are evidenced by source review plus the applied in-file acceptance only, never by a live refusal of an under-granted caller. Vercel build B5MvyNsdLiKbqaKto68hxG9krV7P was pending at push time; package.json was not in the --only set so live version stays 0.14.8 and the deploy discriminator is deploymentId, not version.

GitHub commit status for 1f90be4 = success ('Deployment has completed'), and /api/health on the canonical origin now answers deploymentId dpl_B5MvyNsdLiKbqaKto68hxG9krV7P at 18:30:13Z - the same deployment id as the build named in that status, and different from dpl_7WKcS6BsnaVr23mHPoA8RZFupc3t which was live at push time. That id change is the whole discriminator here: version is 0.14.8 before and after because package.json was not in the --only set, so a version-match read on this push would have been vacuously green. dbOk true. COVERAGE: this evidences that the deployment built from 1f90be4 is the one prod serves and that the app can reach the DB. It does NOT exercise the new route - no request has been made to POST /api/soporte/terra/usuarios, and per ENAMEL-68 no agent can read enamel's Vercel runtime logs, so a first real call will be evidenced by its appEvents row, not by a log read. One lint warning ships in the new test file (unused _omitted in the rest-destructure at terra-create.test.ts:226); hook-passing, deliberately not pushed on its own, fold into the next app push.

FOLLOW-UP SHIPPED 88e903e, and it was found by exercising prod rather than by reading the diff. respond's ValidationError and AuthzError arms returned a response with NO appEvents write - the banned catch that neither logs nor rethrows - so every typed 400 and the 403 terraActorDenied on EVERY /api/soporte route was unobservable, and per ENAMEL-68 no agent can read enamel's Vercel runtime logs either. Now warn/failure for ValidationError and error/denied for AuthzError, carrying failureCode and field only, never caught.message: the messages are our own Spanish strings today, and logging the message is how caller-derived text starts reaching a shared unprunable table the day one of them interpolates an argument. Two tests added, 328 passing. LIVE FORCED-RED, both arms of the comparison in appEvents: the SAME request (missing apellido, pinned actor, valid bearer) wrote NOTHING at 18:31:34Z on 1f90be4 and wrote level=warn status=failure httpStatus=400 failureCode=validationFailed detail={method:POST,field:apellido} at 18:34:56Z on 88e903e. Prior behaviour is on the record next to the fix, so this is a control and not a green line. Deploy: commit status success, deploymentId dpl_5VSrMLJu83SuebzPffZXpkcDwyTA, dbOk true. ROUTE NOW EXERCISED AGAINST PROD, zero residue - probe_users 0, userGroups granted by the pinned actor 0: 401 bad bearer, 401 actorId not the pinned actor, 400 app-side validation, and 400 groupNotPermitted. That last one is the live positive on the SQL actor gate: groupNotPermitted returns only AFTER the 42501 actor gate passes and BEFORE any insert, so the pinned actor's exactly-one-live-bedel-grant predicate is now evidenced by a real call and not only by source review. STILL UNEXERCISED: the 42501 refusal arm itself, which needs an under-granted actor and therefore a DB write to produce, and every create/conflict outcome, which needs a real person - coder-terra-cc declined a synthetic exercise on the production-rows rule and will report the first real call. Two children filed: ENAMEL-73 (leg 4 wrapper) and ENAMEL-74 (groupNotPermitted cannot name the refused group, raised by support-evolutiva-cc from telemetry; the fix is in SQL because the argument is caller text).

0144cf0 shipped and deployed (status success, deploymentId dpl_F4Z9vE11vbyNTRGQtwwhnHBghz4G, dbOk true), closing audit-general-ca-muvlb380w8nc's two post-push findings on 88e903e. (1) AuthzError logged at error tier for EVERY support route, so routine 403s - grantExists, notClient, inactiveGroup, an unreachable ticket - became pager events, which is how an error tier stops being read. Now a POSITIVE paging set, PAGING_FAILURE_CODES = {terraActorDenied} only: the one 403 that means the SERVICE lost its capability rather than the caller making a mistake. Everything else is warn/denied. (2) failureCode and ValidationError.field are plain strings in lib/mutation, so 'they are closed sets defined in app code' was a claim about today's call sites, not a property the chokepoint enforced - a future new ValidationError(msg, userEnteredEmail) would have written that address into a shared table with a >=365d floor. Both sets are now materialised in support-api-http and anything outside them collapses to 'unknown', so adding a value requires a diff that shows it reaching appEvents. Five tests in a new app/src/lib/__tests__/support-api-refusal-log.test.ts drive respond() directly rather than through a route, because both properties belong to the chokepoint and routing them through a caller would only re-prove the assumption that produced the finding; they force red on an address-shaped field, an address-shaped failureCode, the warn tier for an ordinary refusal and the error tier for terraActorDenied. 333 passing. ENAMEL-69's app lane is now closed out across three commits: 1f90be4 the consumer, 88e903e the missing refusal rows, 0144cf0 the tiering and the allowlist.
