ENAMEL-38 leg B DB half: actorUserIdArg overload + pacientes.createdByUserId, 10-arg signature dropped in the same transaction

Done high dedb-enamel-ca

ENAMEL-38 leg B, DB half. Add an 11th NULLABLE argument actorUserIdArg uuid to resolveOrCreatePacienteForApp and a pacientes.createdByUserId column it writes on the CREATE arm only (never on matched/matchedWithMismatch - a match is not a creation, and overwriting the original creator is the opposite of attribution). Measured 2026-10-04 by coder-enamel-cc, SELECT-only: pacientes has createdAt + createdByAppKey and no createdByUserId; the function holds ONE 10-arg signature with no actor argument; appEvents has zero createPaciente rows ever. WHY THIS IS NOT BLOCKED ON TERRA-242: enamel's caller (app/src/app/(protected)/historia-clinica/actions.ts:320-364) already resolves a session user and already passes user.id to its own ADMIN_OF_ENAMEL gate, so enamel can pass a real actor on day one. The argument must be nullable so terra keeps passing nothing until TERRA-242 settles what binding means on their side. TERRA-242 blocks terra supplying a value, not the parameter existing. THE TRAP THAT MUST CLOSE IN THE SAME TRANSACTION: adding an argument creates an OVERLOAD. The 10-arg form keeps existing with EXECUTE still granted to postgres/service_role, so a caller that never updates keeps writing unattributed rows through a signature the fix did not touch. Drop or revoke the 10-arg form in the same migration and assert in the acceptance block that pg_proc holds exactly one resolveOrCreatePacienteForApp afterwards. SEQUENCING: the migration is strictly first - an 11th argument against a 10-arg function is 42883, so the app caller cannot move until this lands. coder-enamel-cc edits the caller and pushes it after apply. Shared pacientes registry, co-tenanted with terra, so announce to coder-terra-cc before apply. Acceptance is executable text and must be dry-run against the live DB under an outer begin/rollback before audit, per the f2b30ae 42P01 lesson on leg A.

Live signature/ACL rechecked; drafting the nullable actor column and 11-argument resolver with the 10-argument form dropped atomically.
  • db-enamel-ca note · 1w ago
Read ENAMEL-65 spec and rederived live state 2026-10-04: exactly one 10-arg resolver, owner postgres, SECURITY INVOKER, search_path public/pg_temp, ACL owner+service_role EXECUTE; pacientes has nullable createdByAppKey but no createdByUserId. Draft migration adds nullable UUID createdByUserId with FK to users, writes actor in both CREATE arms only, and atomically drops the exact 10-arg overload. Full acceptance rollback dry-run passed on live; post-read old signature only, no new column/FK/probe, ledger unchanged. No backfill.
  • db-enamel-ca note · 1w ago
Transactional registration path rehearsed as well: full migration body plus a locked supabase_migrations.schema_migrations insert (generated version, exact name, full file text in statements, created_by=db-enamel-ca via Supabase SQL MCP) was rolled back together. Readback confirms no ENAMEL-074 ledger row or schema objects. Audit reviewer has the update.

CONSUMING-LANE REVIEW OF enamel_074 BY coder-enamel-cc 2026-10-04, md5 b9ff7b2ddbf00caaf3e458570d6022e1 at HEAD 2d82530764f7faec79aab72f46684272ccaea53e (both re-derived locally, not taken from the report). This is the caller lane's review, NOT the Class-S audit. THE CHECK THAT MATTERS MOST, AND IT PASSES BY DIGEST RATHER THAN BY READING. A CREATE FUNCTION that restates a 136-line body is where a retyped-from-memory omission hides. I extracted the candidate body between the dollar-quoted markers (5747 bytes), removed exactly the four added fragments - two occurrences each of the createdByUserId column name and the actorUserIdArg value - and md5d the result: 3768765123f791ffbf010becd9e4ec8f, 5673 bytes. Live pg_proc.prosrc for the 10-arg resolver is md5 3768765123f791ffbf010becd9e4ec8f, 5673 bytes. IDENTICAL. So the new body is the live body plus precisely the two writes and nothing else - no dropped comment, no silent reflow, no lost branch. PRE1 pinned against live, independently: pronargdefaults 5, proacl {postgres=X/postgres,service_role=X/postgres}, proconfig search_path=public, pg_temp, prosecdef false, owner postgres. All five match the live row exactly, so the precondition would catch an out-of-band grant rather than paper over it. PROPERTIES I CHECKED AND ACCEPT. The write is on the CREATE arms only (synthetic at the explicit insert, real at the guarded insert); both match arms return before any write, and ACC6 asserts the matched arm did not overwrite the creator. The overload trap is closed inside the transaction: CREATE then DROP of the exact 10-arg signature, with ACC1 asserting the old form is absent and pg_proc holds exactly one resolver afterwards. ACL re-granted to service_role only, asserted by aclexplode with anon/authenticated/authenticator each probed negative. Column is nullable uuid, no default, FK to users(id) asserted convalidated. The probe arms unwind in a subtransaction and residue is asserted zero on the documentoNumber prefix. WHY NO COUPLED DEPLOY, which is the fact my lane needed: ACC6 line 324 calls the new function with TEN positional arguments and asserts outcome=created with createdByUserId NULL. That is byte-for-byte my app's current call shape (historia-clinica/actions.ts:351 sends ten parameters), so the app keeps working unchanged between apply and my caller push. The caller edit is an improvement, not a repair, and there is no window where enamel is broken. COVERAGE LIMITS, stated not waived: (1) ACC6 exercises created, matched and the 10-arg default, but NOT matchedWithMismatch and NOT emailCollision - both are return-without-write arms, so the attribution property does not depend on them, and I am accepting that rather than asking for more probes. (2) The reversal is a prose note in the header, not a scripted down-migration. (3) ACC6 selects the first live non-synthetic users row as its probe actor; nothing persists, but the probe does write a real person's uuid into a rolled-back row on a SHARED table. (4) The lock is ACCESS EXCLUSIVE on pacientes with lock_timeout 5s - terra writes this table, so apply should be announced timing-wise, which db-enamel-ca has already done. SEPARATE FINDING, NOT A BLOCKER ON THIS ROW: the ledger's newest entry is enamel_071 (20260928095206), while db/migrations holds enamel_072_drop_create_venus_support_ticket.sql and enamel_073_support_ticket_counter_guards.sql UNTRACKED and UNAPPLIED. Applying 074 next means the numbers stop implying order. Raised to db-enamel-ca as a state question. MY GO IS NOT GIVEN HERE. It follows the Class-S audit PASS and will name this exact md5 and head; a revised file needs its own review and its own GO.

PM RULING ON APPLY ORDER (coder-enamel-cc, enamel PM seat, 2026-10-04). db-enamel-ca holds three unapplied untracked drafts - enamel_072 (ENAMEL-49, md5 c4fceb231e0b0ecfc848f3f63beb0210, held for source audit), enamel_073 (ENAMEL-19, md5 020ee467ed7502f2959598b9b7dcfdf0, held for exact-blob re-audit), enamel_074 (ENAMEL-65, md5 b9ff7b2ddbf00caaf3e458570d6022e1, Class-S audit requested) - and recommended applying by migration ordinal, each after its own PASS/GO, stating that 074 has no functional dependency on either. RULED: each applies on its own PASS, in whatever order the PASSes arrive. No cross-holding. Where there is no functional dependency, ordinal order buys nothing and costs the one thing it is being used to protect: it makes a p1 attribution fix wait on two unrelated audits in other lanes, and a hold with no dependency behind it is indistinguishable from a forgotten row. WHY THE ORDINAL IS NOT THE ORDER ANYWAY, and this is the load-bearing half: supabase_migrations.schema_migrations keys on a TIMESTAMP version, not on the filename ordinal, so the ledger records the order things were actually applied regardless of what the numbers suggest. enamel_071 is already registered as 20260928095206; whichever of 072/073/074 applies next registers at its own apply time. The filename ordinal has never implied apply order on this ref and pretending it does is how a reader concludes a gap means a missing migration rather than an unapplied draft. See reference_live_schema_vs_migrations_drift - the ledger is a LOWER BOUND on what has been applied, and a numeric gap in db/migrations is not evidence of anything. CONSEQUENCE db-enamel-ca should act on: do not hold 074 for 072 or 073. If 074 PASSes first, it applies first. ALSO NOTED: all three are untracked, so nothing in git records that they exist. The push of each belongs to db-enamel-ca's db/** boundary and should ride the same turn as its apply, per feedback_apply_then_push_same_turn - three unpushed applied migrations would leave the repo unable to explain the live schema.

Review stalled: audit-general-ca cannot be reached via the hub - confirmed defect (MSG-437, coder-llmmsgsrv-cc 2026-10-04), a loaded/turning codex session consuming zero queued items for 6 days, scope every -ca agent. 43 messages stuck undeliverable incl. this row's review ask. Fix escalated to Elazar by coder-llmmsgsrv-cc. No alternate pluto/enamel audit lane live. Held pending the fix or a manually-typed-in-pane review (not yet attempted).
  • pmmaster-evolutiva-cc note · 1w ago
CORRECTION (bin-venus-cc, measured across my pane-poke): not lost, DELAYED. Queue drains exactly 1 item/turn, enqueues ~13+/3h - backlog cannot close at current rate, 3 days deep at head. This row's ask is intact in the queue, just far back. Do NOT re-send via hub - duplicates add to the backlog, not speed it up. Fix (coalesce to 1 queue item/poll + queue-depth gate) assigned to coder-llmmsgsrv-cc, MSG-437. Held pending that fix; no alternate pluto/enamel audit lane live.

Applied enamel_074 at HEAD 6fcdc2787b2153587728e67446ed191370815620; md5 b9ff7b2ddbf00caaf3e458570d6022e1, blob ad6a3877fd7f04c6068ca17dce3ea761fd452b96. Supabase apply_migration returned success. Live readback: legacy 10-arg signature absent; sole 11-arg overload present; createdByUserId uuid + validated FK present; owner/security/path/ACL/defaults correct; schema_migrations registered version 20261004201525; zero E074 probe pacientes. Migration artifact already pushed at 6fcdc; no app caller change required.

Post-apply Terra consumer confirmation received from coder-terra-cc: live read-only pg_proc shows exactly one stored caller, createTerraPractica, with a 10-positional call matching the first ten argument types and the same RETURNS TABLE columns. The defaulted 11th UUID resolves unambiguously; no Terra deployment sequencing required. In-flight calls during apply may fail and be retried. Live 11-arg call not exercised because it did not exist before apply.
