Repo github.com/ElazarPimentel/enamel-pensanta-com.git exists but empty. coder-enamel: init + scaffold bare Next.js (App Router latest, pnpm, TS strict, Tailwind v4 + globals.scss tokens, shadcn primitives dir, vercel.json regions gru1 + preferredRegion, /api/app-version probe stub, .gitignore excluding agents/ + local shared/ + .env.local so hub bearers never reach GitHub), first commit, push to main. Unblocks venus clone + shared-worktree/flock setup.

Bare Next.js scaffold pushed as first commit 77b34f1 (main) to github.com/ElazarPimentel/enamel-pensanta-com. Next 16.2.10/React 19.2.4, TS strict, Tailwind v4, globals.scss tokens, vercel.json gru1, /api/app-version probe. Secret-gate verified from remote: no agents/shared/.env/.llmmsg in tree. Repo clonable. No Vercel/deploy/domain/auth/DB per constraints. Unblocks venus clone + shared-worktree/flock.
