Maintainer path corrected (post-2026-07-07 cutover): bin-whey no longer maintains commons sync. Canonical is now venus tree /home/rob/Documents/work/pensanta/pensanta-websites, maintainer coder-mars-cc (main) / coder-venus-cc (backup). Ping one of them to land/byte-sync fouba-institucional.md into this repo's shared/md/, then git add + push via gitpush.sh.
