Superseded/confirmed done: bwi PG + wi-http have been running on venus as the sole prod (systemd wi-http.service, 127.0.0.1:8042, pg driver) since at least 2026-06-26 (BWI-19/21 forensics). whey units retired at cutover. Closing as done rather than leaving deferred — the migration already happened.
