  Source of truth is still SQLite until this lands. HTTP svc defaults to PG (BWI_DB_DRIVER=pg) but PG is empty - do NOT route live writes through the svc until data port + cutover complete. Split-brain risk: bash wi CLI writes SQLite, svc writes PG.
