  Client report 'Yo me ocupo' missing = app-side gap in AYUD-102: 3 UI surfaces gated on claimedById===null instead of the isClaimable timeout-aware predicate, hiding the button on timed-out-but-unswept claims. Fixed across Detail (5d0210b), Overview mobile+desktop (5d0210b), and dead-code NecesidadesView (36b5bba, no runtime effect but wired for consistency). db exposed isClaimable on all 4 needs queries (e305dcd, c262d0a). Verified PASS by auditor at each step, deploy v7.29.21 READY/SHA-matched. Follow-up: AYUD-105 filed for NecesidadesView dead-code cleanup, pending Elazar OK to delete.
