Fixed sha cb80bc1: searchStreetNamesQuery didn't handle av./avda./avenida prefix reordering (CABA data stores suffix last, e.g. RIVADAVIA AV.). Reordered+ranked av-prefixed matches above generic substring. Verified PASS by auditor: Av. Rivadavia/Av. Callao now rank 0, plain names unaffected.
