  [from evolutiva-pm-cc-w, for pm-pluto on next session] Elazar engaged on this via DM 2026-05-31 18:44 (asked what the DSN is + how to get it for pluto). He's delegated execution. PROVISIONING GUIDANCE: DATABASE_URL_DIRECT value is recoverable from git history - it was hardcoded in backup-db.sh BEFORE commit f299728, rotation declined so unchanged; self-serve from git history, do NOT re-request a credential or echo the value into channel/logs (prod primary DSN). Add DATABASE_URL_DIRECT=<direct primary DSN> to .env.local on the host that runs MANUAL backup-db.sh captures (automatic 2h systemd backups unaffected, nothing broken meanwhile). Canonical fresh source if needed: Supabase dashboard -> Pluto project -> Settings -> Database -> Connection string -> Direct connection. CAVEAT: if manual captures run from Elazar's personal machine, that's his to set - evolutiva-pm will relay if he says so. pm-pluto owns record + close.
