CR46 follow-up: map-pin fallback on editar-persona

CR46 fast-follow: bring the map-pin geocode-fallback to /personas/[id]/editar. Nueva-persona got auto-reveal-on-geocode-fail (AYUD-131), but editar has the validation gate WITHOUT any picker — no LocationPickerMap, no manualPin/showPin, and updatePersona server action doesn't skip geocode on manual coords. So a volunteer correcting an address to a park/hospital/unmatchable street (Mataderos) hits the same wall with no escape hatch. Port the nueva-persona pattern (LocationPickerMap + manualPin bypass + auto-reveal on validation/geocode failure + general copy) into EditarPersonaClient + editar/page.tsx + updatePersona. Mobile-first. No DDL (caseAddresses lat/lng already nullable).

CR46 editar fallback: ported nueva's pin geocode-fallback to /personas/[id]/editar (LocationPickerMap + manualPin/showPin + 4-trigger auto-reveal), updatePersona pin-wins skip-geocode. DATA-LOSS FIX: pin seeds from stored lat/lng + clears on street edit — closes the name-only-edit coord-wipe bug. getCaseByIdQuery exposes caseAddresses lat/lng (no DDL). coder b32bedb v7.31.4; auditor CODE-OK+DEPLOY-OK (both risky paths traced). Minor non-blocking: altura-only edit keeps pin (consistent w/ pin-wins).
