Baby needs: leche/pañales as selectable goods

CR (sheet row 61): 'Necesidades para bebe, leche, pañales' — add baby-related goods so volunteers can register them as necesidades. Pairs with the hasChildren field just shipped (CR54). Assess-first: baby goods (leche/leche en polvo, pañales, etc.) belong in the goods/lookup set the need-creation form reads — ask/confirm the current goods source (lookupValues category or a goods table) and add the rows, then verify they appear selectable in the 3 create forms + display correctly. Solo lane: own db (seed the rows) + always-audit gate + push. Confirm the exact good names with the existing naming style before seeding; flag if goods live somewhere non-obvious.
