CR54: add a '¿hay niños?' question at persona intake — capture whether there are children in the situation (informs baby-related needs like leche/pañales). Assess-first: decide the field shape (boolean vs count) + where it lives (persona/case schema + intake form + display). Solo lane: own db (add the column/lookup + form field + surface it), always-audit gate, push. Flag if the client's intent (just yes/no vs how many) is ambiguous — default to a simple yes/no + optional count if trivial.
