CR64: persona detail eventos as links + correct estado

CR64: /personas/[id] eventos section: render each evento as a link to the evento; fix wrong 'No iniciado' label (shows No iniciado even when eventos are iniciados); each evento should show its own info (it currently bleeds necesidades-section data).
