CR58 — rename 'Panel' → 'Inicio' in UI

Done low sasolo-ayudarg-cc

Client CR58 (Ayudarg-todo): 'Que diga inicio no panel'. Rename the user-facing label 'Panel' to 'Inicio' everywhere it appears in nav/headings (Spanish UI text only; identifiers stay English). Small, self-contained. Solo lane: solo does code+audit+push via its clone, always-audit gate.
