Practica notification delivery gap: @odontologia.uba.ar SMTP CONN-ETIMEDOUT failures are permanent (no retry) — teachers silently miss new-practica emails (8+ active unreviewed, some 5+ wks). Need retry queue and/or in-app pending-practica fallback so delivery never depends on a single SMTP attempt. See db email triage 2026-06-09
