  Folio-primary UI polish live & PASS:ec20549 (v2.15.4): label→'Folio' in 3 práctica tables + detail card, search placeholders advertise folio; HC kept clinical-secondary. Folio was already first-column + searchable — real fix was naming/discoverability. 0 NULL folios/1150 rows, UI-only.
