All 6 collectors dropped their telemetry sqlite + read-back repointed to pg: db-size-monitor v2.0, kpi-enforce v2.0(+nw v2.1 host-aware), ccusage-snapshot/watch/report.py v2.0, testnetwork v6.0, cc-context-monitor v4.0. Shared metrics-write.sh v1.2 (+metrics_query read helper). Schema DDL: kpi.dm_log.id identity, kpi/usage ts DEFAULT now(), +usage.v_agent_today, +usage.v_latest_deltas. SHAs 156b24d..0ee5f89. JSONL spool = sole resilience (Elazar overrule of model-B). Each verified live before commit.
