  Requested by Elazar 2026-06-06. Current attach-tmux.sh (~/.local/bin, 6310B) only lists running tmux sessions/online agents. Wanted: also enumerate offline/registered-but-not-running agents; on pick, launch the agent (ccs) and attach into its tmux. Discover candidates from agent dirs (.agent-name) / roster, mark online vs offline, launch path = same ccs wrapper used to start them.
