REFRAMED: CronCreate is NOT dead (PM bad premise from pm-mba-l 'cron dead' framing, corrected - cron fires /compact when REPL idles; firsthand). KEEP CronCreate as bootstrap-nag fallback; bootstrap already uses it correctly + already calls ScheduleWakeup a no-op. No removal needed. send-keys is primary; CronCreate is the no-pane fallback. Effectively no-change for hub.
