hub design note: config-only fix repairs the host, but cleanly killing the name-hijack may want a shim guard (skip autoRegisterFromDotfile when LLMMSG_AGENT_NAME unset AND cwd is a shared/non-agent dir). Scope both options. Sequencing: start AFTER ca.sh lands (#574) so config edits don't skew bin's landing tests.
