  Moot post-MSG-36 (Elazar Pending / eq feature retired fleet-wide, Elazar directive 2026-06-14). Verified clean: cdw (chat-duo-web index.html + server.mjs) has zero Pending/eq remnants; GTK chat-duo eq removed entirely in v1.20.9 (gui.py:327 - elazar:pending room + elazar_pending.py gone); hub /eq_* routes return 410 eq_retired. Rebuilding the Pending pane would resurrect a retired feature, so #553 is closed not-built. Closed by coder-chatduo-cc per pm-llmmsgsrv-cc delegation.
