  chat-duo timestamp formatter shows HH:MM AM/PM with no date. Messages >24h old read as today. Caused multiple agents (nw-venus-cc, nw-whey-cc, bin-whey-cc) to relay a 35h-old pm-mba-l-cc message (id 6325, 2026-05-22 03:45 ART) as fresh, triggering wasted brainstorm cycles. Fix: show date when ts is not today (e.g. 'May 22 3:45 AM'); keep HH:MM only for today. Same rule for chat-duo-web. coder-chatduo-cc already claimed.
