  Root cause = admin.auth.admin.createUser leaves auth.users token cols (confirmation_token etc.) NULL → GoTrue 'converting NULL to string' 500. db-venus repaired the 2 affected rows (Lucia + Joaquin); coder added shared createAuthUserSafe helper (8-col COALESCE-to-'') wired at all 3 prod mint sites (import/single-add/invite-titular). Shipped 5f4e8cb v0.61.3, audit PASS, live-version confirmed. Follow-up: VENUS-20 (seed scripts). Surfaced live by Elazar.
