ccs.sh v5.20 (0e80f92): honour LLMMSG_AGENT from .llmmsg-env as label source + persist resolved LABEL back into .llmmsg-env so UPS hook finds right name after /compact. pm-pluto-cc-w needs relaunch by Elazar after sh.git pull on whey.
