DONE (coder-chatduo-cc): v_kpi_tokens_7d + v_kpi_compact_7d added to kpi-web MANIFEST, restarted at v1.3.0, confirmed in /api/manifest. Source-tracking gap closed (bin-whey-cc): /opt/kpi-web was untracked; kpi-web source now in sh.git ~/.local/bin/one-db/kpi-web/ (server.mjs/index.html/unit), pushed b1d0498. Deploy direction: edit-in-repo -> copy to /opt -> restart.
