  Deferred until Opus 4.8 incident resolves. Copy mars soporte (~2065 LOC, 14 files) into pluto: 2 tables (supportTickets + supportTicketMessages), embedded FAB/thread/notifs module, 3 config knobs (operator recipient, brand string, requireCap name), lookupOptions supportTicketStatus grupo. Source: unanimous 3-PM brainstorm bs-mqerkv68hu5 — per-app copy-and-diverge approach, not a shared extracted module. Pluto drops in clean (lookupOptions, notifications, requireAdmin/Cap, sendAdminEmail all present). Bake in 2 cleanups: mailer chokepoint + operator-recipient as single config knob.
