This is the edge bearer the whole fleet uses now. GitHub = third-party code-scanned exposure, DIFFERENT from llmmsg-srv exposure -> no-rotate-for-llmmsg rule does NOT cover it. hub-llmmsgsrv: confirm rotated-or-not since Jun-14; if unrotated, fleet-wide bearer swap folded into MSG-30 wave-2/3 unit edits. Post-cutover.
