  SHIPPED: llmmsg-bootstrap-session.sh v1.17 (8286593). LLMMSG_HUB_BEARER → Authorization: Bearer on all hub curls (post_json=register/aro-join/probe, connectivity check, /health, detached retry). No-op when unset. Tested whey-noop/venus+bearer/venus-bearer = 0/0/2. whey repo IS live (no deploy needed); venus+lezama clones pick it up via git pull at the coordinated cutover (their nw lanes).
